After 7 hours of bus trip from Yangon we arrived in Ngwe Saung...palm trees, white sand and lear water of the Bayof Bengal.
We did several team building activities (achievements 2006, goals for 2007, group activities, games on the bach etc.)Our facilitatoe, Lucia, is originally Dutch and works as a freelance. She has been travelling around with her husband in developing countries for the past...20 years!!!!
The workshop was successful and helped us knowing eachother better and helped improving the team spirit.
Next workshop will be held end of February for the Kachin team probably in Mandalay.

I've been trying to contact you but Im not sure you've been getting my emails. Anyway, is just to let you know that everything is fine with me and that we are planning to visit you in the second and thrird weeks of October.
